jail provider (NP- next business day), Chris abbot (peer/virtual initial within a couple days 1-2 weeks on site 2-3 days per week ) and CSB (jail based in house clinical within 14 days) all notified of individuals on medication. can do continuation with methadone if they have a community provider-guest dosing with Fairfax. many individuals on MOUD housed in a specific unit

change project opportunities:
1. process for release and ensure connection to continue medication in the community can also work on increasing the number of people that pick up medication supply
2. increase number of people on injectable medication- ways to market and make it more appealing to help with in jail medication administration process

discussion- inclusion of customer by asking what got in the way of continuation for individuals who have returned to incarceration (John could do this) Todd suggested asking 3 times. potential change cycles- gift cards for coming to the AMC
